McMillan James Equipment Company, a premier manufacturer’s rep for Acutherm, just completed an alluring 15,000 square foot Product Showroom and Training Center. The Training Center accommodates up to 75 guests and features a state-of-the-art audio-visual system with multiple screens designed for video conferencing, BIM modeling, and product application seminars. The purpose of the facility is to educate customers – offering a unique opportunity for engineers and building owners to see combinations of equipment in use and in a full system configuration setting.
Air distribution control within the facility is accomplished with variable-air-volume diffusers. All supply diffusers throughout the facility are Therma-Fuser™ VAV Diffusers with complete BACnet® interfaces.
The Product Showroom exhibits HVAC equipment from a variety of manufacturers. Acutherm’s Therma-Fuser VAV Diffusers are a showcased product, demonstrating comfort and energy savings with full Building Automation System (BAS) integration down to the device level.
