Serving as a beacon for Mission Bay, this new 10-story, 264,000 square foot office and laboratory facility, located adjacent to UCSF’s 43-acre campus is developed by Alexandria Real Estate Equities.
To meet the client’s budget and sustainability goals, LEED 2009 NC Platinum certification, Acutherm delivered a mixture of products, which included BACnet Interoperable diffusers in private offices and exam rooms, to allow for remote access and monitoring; in conjunction with stand-alone thermally powered VAV diffusers in open areas and corridors, totaling more than 1,000 diffusers.
