Project Description
MAP, founded in 1989, focuses primarily on the acquisition and management of natural gas royalty interests in the onshore United States. In 2004, MAP expanded its focus to include renewable energy royalty interests primarily associated with US wind power projects. MAP is committed to a more sustainable energy future and dedicates a significant share of its carried interest income to initiatives on this theme.
When they underwent a tenant-improvement project to increase comfort and decrease energy usage in their office building, they sub-zoned existing dual duct boxes with Therma-Fuser VAV™ Diffusers. This new design contributed to energy savings, better tenant comfort, and the earning of LEED Gold certification.
