Project Description
In preparation for health reform and the national push for more integrated care, this facility is designed to fit the new models of care and best practices by consolidating several smaller physician practices into one larger center. John Muir, a not-for-profit organization, realized the economic benefits of driving down operating costs by aggregating practices and implementing energy efficient systems, such as the thermally powered, stand-alone Therma-Fuser™ Systems, which provided the lowest installed cost per zone of control, while also reducing overall energy utilization.
