Project Description
As leader in sustainable green architecture, this firm realized the impact of improving the efficiency of their mechanical system through the implementation of Therma-Fuser™ Systems, which resulted in a LEED Platinum certification and an almost perfect 97 Energy Star rating. Simultaneous renovations of this Design Center entailed new construction of a 4,000 square foot lobby; as well as a 22,000 square foot renovation of the existing facility.
