Kaiser Permanente’s Geary Medical Office Building in San Francisco, CA, is recognized for it innovative air-distribution system made up of Acutherm’s Therma-Fuser VAV System.

A diverse group of professionals from around the world gathered at this pre-eminent meeting to discuss the technological basis for, and practical implementation of, actions to reduce energy use and the climate impacts associated with buildings. The Summer Study enabled sharing of ideas and dialog among leading thinkers, visionaries, and luminaries in our field. Kurt Herzog, President & CEO of Acutherm was invited to present on the topic of “Achieving High Satisfaction in High Performance Buildings.” Co-Authors of the paper included, Wes Sullens, Manager of Green Building Policy & Advocacy at StopWaste.Org and Michael Ivanovich, Senior Director, Industry Relations at AMCA International.

CoreNet Global, the leading professional association for corporate real estate has
announced the winners of its three annual global best practice awards. 415 N. Mathilda received the Sustainable Leadership award, 2016. Therma-Fuser Systems were specified on this net zero project.
